Frequently asked questions

Does it count weekends and holidays as days?
Yes, it counts every calendar day, weekends included. If you need to skip weekends for a business-days count, that's a different calculation than this tool does.
Does it handle leap years correctly?
Yes, the calculation is done against the actual calendar, so leap years and varying month lengths (28, 30, 31 days) are automatically accounted for.
Can I use it to count backward from a date, like '60 days before closing'?
Yes, just switch to subtract and enter the number of days. It works the same either direction, forward or back from your chosen date.
