- Does it count weekends and holidays as days?
- Yes, it counts every calendar day, weekends included. If you need to skip weekends for a business-days count, that's a different calculation than this tool does.
- Does it handle leap years correctly?
- Yes, the calculation is done against the actual calendar, so leap years and varying month lengths (28, 30, 31 days) are automatically accounted for.
- Can I use it to count backward from a date, like '60 days before closing'?
- Yes, just switch to subtract and enter the number of days. It works the same either direction, forward or back from your chosen date.
